Our commitment is to our customers so Cora’s Baby Closet wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.  Prior to making a purchase, please be sure to ask any questions you might have about your order.  We want you to be informed about the items you are purchasing.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  We will refund the purchase price but we cannot refund the original shipping charges.  The merchandise must be unused and in it’s original condition.  We require you to e-mail us at sales@corasbabycloset.com to receive authorization.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

For items damaged during shipping, contact us immediately for further instructions.  To process the exchange or return of damaged items you MUST keep the original box with all packaging.  Cora’s Baby Closet will assume the return shipping charges for defective products.  As with all returns, please e-mail us at sales@corasbabycloset.com to receive authorization.  Simply refuse the shipment if the damage is evident at the time of delivery.
